gf_vcap_enable()

Enable a video capture unit

Synopsis:

void gf_vcap_enable ( gf_vcap_t     vcap );

Arguments:

vcap: The handle of the video capture unit, returned by gf_vcap_attach().

This function enables a video capture unit (that is, starts capturing).
